Liked: I cancelled booking.com and the hotel and still charging me I booked lots of stays with booking not refunded me once when I had no light ac or heating in Canada not even email back will never use booking.com

Good hotel for families
Liked: Room had a good space, the breakfast was good and the location was calm with good restaurants around.
Disliked: At the breakfast sometimes the refills took a bit to be done.

A perfect location for our...
Liked: We keep coming back to the Holiday Inn as it's location is perfect for our needs; the room is ideal, spacious and the fact it has a fridge and safe makes it better than most comparable Hotels. The Breakfast is always good, however, the sausages on our first morning weren't as good as normal, they were even better the second morning.There is a new menu and apparently a new chef, the food in the in the evening was excellent and a massive improvement over the last time we ate in their restaurant in the evening.
Disliked: My only complaint would be the sausages on our first breakfast weren't up to their usual standards

Liked: The neigbourhood is nice, though a bit far from the city centre.
Disliked: The breakfast service was not smooth, it could be improved with some better organization.

Nice stay. Angry about parking...
Liked: Location was great. Staff were v helpful
Disliked: I received a £100 parking fine after my stay as front desk had not put my payment thro’ to the parking company. It took me an hour of calls to the hotel to deal with the consequences and I have still not received any confirmation that the fine has been waived. Not impressed at all!
