Very enjoyable, relaxing and would...

Liked: Breakfast choices very good, if I’m going to be picky I would say that the hot food could have been hotter but I think that is partly caused by other people not replacing the covers.Location great for us as attending Twickenham Stadium.
Disliked: See above re breakfast.

Liked: I could park anywhere as there was a wedding. I rang reception and they were unhelpful I asked to change my date and no one was helpful

Liked: Nothing extremely poor service just want the money
Disliked: everything, they had a reservation in 2 locations by mistake and wanted to have money, even if they saw same person in 2 hotels at the same time, shared with time enough to cancel reasonably, they just don't care, never ever ever will book another holiday inn
