I booked this 6 months ago to stay after a concert with my son, i paid for it the booking

No words to describe how disappointed we are with Booking.com

Liked: nothing
Disliked: its more Booking. com we have a problem with. you booked us in to this hotel which had closed in 2020. you nearly ruined our trip to London. Thankfully IHG found us an alternative hotel at 10.30pm the night before

Shocking, never again.

Liked: free parking dependant on availability. Good cooked breakfast.
Disliked: Hotel is dirty, room was dirty and dated. Beds were old and very noisy as was the Aircon. Room hadn't been hoovered. Lifts were unsafe, some people had to be rescued, no safety certificate. I am disabled and was forced to use the stairs most times as the lifts were faulty. No fridge (family room). Toilet/bathroom was disgusting. Hairs still on bed sheets. no net curtains on half the windows. Extremely small tv with no popular channels, not even BBC 1. Staff were pleasant but clearly to few to be able to cope, we complained, the guy just shrugged his shoulders. After paying over 600 for 2 nights I am disgusted.

We then had to travel back home to the Midlands after the show. Not what was planned for our London break.
