Liked: Very friendly welcome from the receptionist and barman.
Disliked: Ladies toilets a couple of cubicles were blocked. They looked a bit dated.

Liked: Lovely room , clean and nicely decorated.

Overnight stay

Liked: Great breakfast, comfy bed and we loved the hand wash/ shower gel too. Nice and clean all round. Helpful staff, very friendly.
Disliked: The shower screen on the bath let water go on the floor . It needs to be secured in place if possible.

It was nice but let...

Liked: All of it apart from our bed was uncomfortable . Stayed before never had issue but we’ve always been upgraded because we member of IHG so rooms given were always exceptional .
Disliked: Not getting a goods nights sleep due to bed in room 111

Ok for what it is

Liked: Staff were as helpful as can be
Disliked: Not enough pillows throughout the whole hotel. You can use cash at the reception but not at the bar which did not make sense
