A wonderful stay in this...

Liked: My wife and I stayed here on a Saturday night and really enjoyed it. All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful, from reception, to the bar/diner to breakfast the next day. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay everyone.
Disliked: There were no negatives that we found.

Good

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was cold, when adjusting the air con to blow warm air it wouldn't. Spoke to reception who said that all rooms were like this so gave us an oil electric heater to plug in. I said to staff that this seemed bonkers and they agreed and said they had passed it up. So bring some warm PJs and ask for a heater!!!

Disliked: First we were booked into the wrong room , I had asked for a twin , then there were the details of a different person left on the tv screen which was clearly breaking GDPR and I want reassurance that my name was not on someone else’s screen, only towels for onePerson , the breakfast was undercooked bacon and shrivelled sausages and so not with the money , I feel very let down.

Wonderfull apart from the car...

Liked: Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful as I have a slight disability
Disliked: The car park fee

Liked: The room was nice and clean and there was a bar/restaurant 24/7
Disliked: That you can't pay with a normal bankcard and the trainstation is a bit far
