First, my room was not available. I was given keys to a room that was occupied by another man. He had said the very same thing happened to him. Apparently overbooked. The bed seemed old and very uncomfortable. Sunk into the middle of the mattress. There were no regular coffee packets available. I was told to go to the lobby to get coffee. When I did, I was only given one packet and had to ask for two since there were two of us staying in my room. In the future I will avoid staying at a Holiday Inn.

Even though the hotel was under construction, it was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Liked: The property was very clean and just felt inviting, from the moment I walked in I was greeted and checked in very quickly. The bartender at the restaurant was top notch very attentive and met our needs.

Friendly Staff

Liked: Very friendly staff and helpful. They have a courtesy van that will take you to a restaurant then pick you back up which was very helpful. All the staff was service oriented which was great to see.
Disliked: The only thing which was a little less than desirable was their breakfast buffet. Although they had a wide varied items it just wasn’t very tasty. The biscuit was crumbly and dry. The omelette was also somewhat dry.
