Holiday Inn Little Rock - Presidential Downtown By IHG

First, my room was not available. I was given keys to a room that was occupied by another man. He had said the very same thing happened to him. Apparently overbooked. The bed seemed old and very uncomfortable. Sunk into the middle of the mattress. There were no regular coffee packets available. I was told to go to the lobby to get coffee. When I did, I was only given one packet and had to ask for two since there were two of us staying in my room. In the future I will avoid staying at a Holiday Inn.

Even though the hotel was under construction, it was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Clean and convenient. Reasonable rate.

Liked: Clean. Nice neighborhood. Convenient to I-30. Since the hotel was somewhat empty that day, there was no breakfast buffet BUT they instead offered full table service in their restaurant with a wide variety of menu items from which to choose at no additional charge (a welcome surprise). Walking distance to River Market. Short drive to Capitol.
Disliked: No complaints.

Liked: Very safe area. Rooms are exceptionally clean and beds are super comfortable. Dog friendly regardless of size or breed! Another major bonus! Outside pool area clean and nice as well
