Holiday Inn Little Rock - Presidential Downtown By IHG

First, my room was not available. I was given keys to a room that was occupied by another man. He had said the very same thing happened to him. Apparently overbooked. The bed seemed old and very uncomfortable. Sunk into the middle of the mattress. There were no regular coffee packets available. I was told to go to the lobby to get coffee. When I did, I was only given one packet and had to ask for two since there were two of us staying in my room. In the future I will avoid staying at a Holiday Inn.

Disliked: My room was not available upon arrival.

Even though the hotel was under construction, it was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Liked: Service; restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Air conditioner made a loud noise every 30 minutes. Tub was clogged so I could not properly bathe. Don’t want to stand in water I am not sure what’s coming up in it

Liked: Had a bar. I loved the guy at front desk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disliked: Electric went off a little before midnight and didn’t get back on till 6 or 7 that morning. 1 of the elevators didn’t work. No breakfast was been served that morning. Cannot reach manager. Pool was not open. No type of refund for accommodations. Hotel room was over priced

Disliked: The rooms are kinda dingy and they could’ve used a deep clean. on the day of my departure, I went downstairs because I needed a toothbrush and Orlando was on the phone the whole time and did not acknowledge me.
