Great valeu

Liked: The location was excellent for exploring Lisbon. Breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety. The room size was also quite generous, especially by Lisbon standards.
Disliked: The staff could have been more informative for hotel amenities. Additionally, the parking garage was extremely tight.

Holiday Inn Lisbon by IHG...

Liked: The reception staff was very helpful in helping me prepare documentation for a very important AIMA meeting. In particular, Ms. Beatriz and Mr. Sergio were so very helpful in helping me organize the many required documents. Because of their kind assistance, the meeting was a success! Our family also really liked the buffet dinners and breakfasts in the convenient restaurant on the ground floor. The food choices offered had such a nice variety for all the diverse dining requirements of our family - each of us found something we really liked. Mr. Mota was also a big help to make wine suggestions during our dinners.To summarize, all the staff, throughout the hotel were very helpful and kind. Thanks so much to all!

Good hotel but could do...

Liked: The staff were all very professional and helpful. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety. The room, although outdated was clean and quite comfortable. The hotel is close to some nice restaurants. It took about 30 min walk to downtown Lisbon, which we were happy to do.
Disliked: The mattress on the bed needs replacing. Not very comfortable and the bed was small. The pool is very small and shallow. No umbrellas for the sun lounges so quite unpleasant when over 30 degrees.

Overall good value for money.

Liked: Comfortable, great breakfast.
Disliked: There's a pool on the roof, which is nice, but it's quite small and not shaded. Building is a bit old, but in good condition.

Disliked: They put us in a smoking room and it was awful. They need to ask before they do that

First time in Lisbon

Liked: It was family hotel. Quiet, clean, safe, friendly staff, excellent location.
