Perfect hotel in a perfect...

Liked: Excellent location on the River with a front facing room over the marina..was just perfect. Very welcoming reception, and very nice modern bar, service was great. Perfect location for the engine room if you are booked to see an act and looking for somewhere to stay ( we went to see Paul Weller wich was brilliant) it's just a short walk over the river via a bridge ..you won't be disappointed

Not a room we expected...

Liked: We always stay at this hotel and have always found the staff excellent and very welcoming. The rooms we have stayed in, in the past have also been very clean and comfortable. The positioning of the hotel is also excellent.
Disliked: The only complaint we have was that the room we were allocated was very dusty and honest did not look like it had been cleaned in a while.

Liked: Excellent location, friendly staff, nice clean rooms with lovely views and a varied choice of continental or full English breakfast menu. Has a very nice bar area to relax in, and a 24hr food service.
