Disliked: Room smelt a bit fusty so had to keep the window open

Suitable for my purposes.

Liked: Good service from reception staff. Air-conditioning greatly enhanced a stay in sweltering weather. Breakfast was greatly enjoyed. Strange green light in the bathroom illuminating the bin was unusual but I liked it.
Disliked: Air-con controls somewhat unresponsive. Cracks in plaster in a few places. Very weak air extraction from the bathroom.

Exceptional

Liked: Room was spotless everything available in the room very nice products to be used Lovely complementary drinks and chocolates great facilities
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like it was great stay wish I could afford to stay longer haha

Wonderful - would stay again...

Liked: Fantastic waterside location, bars and restaurants on the doorstep & yet still felt quiet & peaceful. Tesco Express next door but one for anything you need. Short walk to town centre. Nice bar area. Cool drinks provided free at reception. Air con was very noisy but still appreciated during a heat wave. Staff were all friendly & helpful.
Disliked: Some of the gym equipment was out of order. USB ports in our room didn’t work, but this wasn’t a major problem.

Won’t be going back. Has...

Liked: Great location, good breakfast buffet, parking at the rear.
Disliked: Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Had to use bar toilet.Towels didn’t get changed during the 3 days.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything. Room was fantastic and nothing too much trouble for the staff. This was our 2nd stay and will definitely be back.
