Liked: Lovely room with a view over Brayford Water. Large, King size, comfortable bed with hard and soft pillows. Sofa bed according you somewhere to sit other than the bed. Sockets and lighting in good supply. Good shower and space in bathroom.

Liked: The hotel has a good location, close to bars and restaurants along the waterside.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the bed. Pillow cases looked dingy and when I lifted it up I caught the sheet as it wasn't tucked in very much. The mattress cover was very badly stained and lots of hairs on the bed. I complained late at night when I realised. I ended up changing all the bed with a lady from reception well after midnight. The next morning I was given a full refund and asked to send photos by email.
