Exceptional

Liked: Stopped to stay on our way to Gatlinburg. Hotel was very clean, bar with a very nice bartender and in walking distance to many restaurants.
Disliked: Bed was very soft. For some that might be a good thing though

Disappointed.

Liked: Front desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast service was downright awful. Didn't even use the second nights so called "free" breakfast. Left waiting over 30 minutes while the staff worked on paperwork of some kind. Room was cold and not enough covers on bed.

It was okay.

Liked: The room was spacious for 3 adult family members
Disliked: two staff members were unfriendly and rude. A spanish lady that was in the dining area at night. I asked her do they have paper plates, she said no. I returned and asked, can I have three plates, she looked at me frustrated and said no. I said to her, I will bring them down after eating she had a dish towel in her hand and slam it down on the counter and stated the workers are gone, there is no one here to wash dishes, I said don't worry about... she stomp off and said fine just wait here, I said no thank you. She kept walking ignoring me and I left. The other incident is when checking out the young lady was rude and abrupt. I corrected her on her behavior towards me and she just stared in the other directions. She interrupt me when I was asking a question and abruptly told me to put me room key in the basket.

Comfortable place to stay during...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Good location from highway.
Disliked: There was a lot of noise outside our window...may have been water falling off rooftop and hitting something on its way down...it was annoying. Then, during the night, there some some continuous noise blowing air off and on. I'm a very light sleeper, so kept me awake all night.No longer offer complimentary breakfast service. Now charge for food.
