Holiday Inn Leeds Garforth

It was a nice hotel...

Liked: I thought the staff was really nice and welcoming. The room felt quite homely and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Experienced potential bed bugs whilst on our stay. The food in buffet was freezing cold apart from sausages and toast was very pricy for a breakfast. The walls are like paper and we could hear conversations others in other rooms was having aswell as tvs coming from other rooms etc.

Liked: Lovely room, spacious, airy. Good spa facilities - although would have loved to have been able to use the small child's dipping pool

Disliked: loud children running up and down corridors early in morning. Very large hotel, quite hard to locate the room

Disappointed- not to Holiday Inn...

Liked: The staff at reception and breakfast polite, accommodating and professional. Air conditioning
Disliked: The rooms were very tight . With the sofa bed open you could not get to the bed without hitting your knees. The standard double room was also tight as we hired two rooms. The double bed sides were are all tatty &torn. Dark and no provision of light near the mirror to dress up for a wedding. The breakfast quality was below standard. Hash browns were very chewy. Pasteries stale.Juices cheap quality. No vegetarian sausages available both days.
