Disliked: The swimming pool is very small. Breakfast quality not what I expected to compare other Holiday Inn

Liked: The property was chosen as it was an ideal distance to travel in for Ironman Leeds. There was an issue with the booking but this was swiftly resolved by the helpful staff on reception and additional tea making supplies happily provided. The property also offered great facilities.
Disliked: The slight downfall was the distance from Reception to our room when the room card sadly failed to work but only happened once.

Disliked: Dog barking in bedroom..had to go complain.. dogs should not be allowed in rooms.. im allergic to them.. why are dogs left to bark... not people friendly.

Disliked: When I arrived they didn't have my booking through booking.com which resulted in my family having to stay in different rooms with less beds for the same price!

Disappointed not very well refurbished...

Disliked: Hotel bedroom facilities were shabby and run down. No mini fridge in room.unpleasant odour in main circulation corridors.
