Liked: The staff were so pleasant and helpful. Everyone we met were really nice. The hotel was very clean, the room was clean and comfortable. Towels looked like elephants on the bed. Sweets and biscuits left for us was a lovely touch. Kids thought this was great. Good selection for breakfast. Kids loved the pool, adults enjoyed the sauna and steam room.The location was perfect. We will definitely use this hotel again.
Disliked: We couldn’t fault the hotel. If I’m being really picky maybe bottled water in the room.

Liked: Location was good for us.
Disliked: Hotel is very tired looking, door key didn’t work initially, had to return to reception. Very odd layout to get to the rooms.Asked for a double and got 2 singles.Evening meal in the restaurant was awful, my first 2 choices were not available, waitress was unaware until after putting the order through.We shared a slither of cheesecake between us that had seen better days for an eye watering £7, food overall very poor.Also hotel has taken payment twice, no response from the hotel.

Great location and facilities

Liked: Relaxing splash pool and sauna.
Disliked: Tv wasn’t working as previous occupants set up internet tv so had to trek to front desk for member of staff to sort it out. Could have been checked beforehand
