Liked: The staff were fantastic, friendly and welcoming. Could not fault them.
Disliked: We were ‘upgraded’ to a premium room, for a double bed, which is what i presumed i had booked. Premium is not a word i would use to describe the room. There was black mould around the back of the toilet and the shower tiles. The toilet constantly filled, all night long too. When the towels were changed, a dirty/used towel was left on a cupboard door. The ‘Premium’ room was way below the quality of a standard room in many of the budget rival hotels.

Superb

Liked: Staff were so friendly, they were busy and short staffed but never let it affect the service. We paid a little extra for a large room as we were travelling with a toddler and dog and it was worth it.
Disliked: The dog-friendly eating area only had high tables with stools or a low sofa, no normal-height dining tables so it was slightly awkward for the toddler in their high chair.
