Comfortable night's sleep

Liked: Very comfortable bed. We did not try the breakfast and were only there overnight. My partner left at 4.00am and I left before 7.00am owing to previous commitments.
Disliked: We would have preferred a room closer to the lift but otherwise no complaints and everything was completely satisfactory. Unable to comment on any facilities as our say was so brief.

Superb

Liked: Friendly staff, good choice at breakfast, free parking
Disliked: Nothing really apart from stain on carpet and edge of bed. Otherwise everything else was very good.

Disappointed

Disliked: We had received confirmation we could have a ground floor room and when we arrived the hotel said one wasn't available. My Husband is disabled hence the request. We ended up with a small twin room on the ground floor after creating a fuss.
