Perfect for a short stay,...
Liked: Easy process, parking free, breakfast and dinner available if needed

Great stay
Liked: Friendly staff, great location for getting to nearby attractions. Food excellent.Rooms very comfortable all staff on nights and days attentive and very helpful.

Ok but would not book...
Liked: Breakfast, bed ok
Disliked: Family room should be located on the ground, we asked for a cot, spare bed in room no good for a 2 year old so child slept with parents same bed ☹️ Our room ground floor air conditioning and toilet cistern ran continuously flushing emptying did not sleep too well told staff who said they would fix it for next people but no real apologies to us.

Worst IHG hotel stay I’ve...
Liked: Nothing stood out
Disliked: The hotel was dated and staff were uninterested in guests - shower rail held in place by a rusted sharp screw nail - upon checking out no staff on desk as they were to busy eating breakfast to care about guests

Good value dog friendly hotel,comfortable...
Liked: Spacious room,large comfortable bed,air conditioned room which was very much appreciated as it was extremely humid!Dog friendly with green space outside.Staff were very friendly and welcoming!Fabulous range of foods at breakfast and they were good quality too.
Disliked: Nothing major wrong aside from the floor in the bathroom was a bit dirty otherwise everything was good!

Exemplary Customer Service
Liked: The staff were exceptional. I was unable to stay overnight in my hotel room as I unfortunately fell ill and had to go to hospital via ambulance. When I returned from hospital, around the time that I would have otherwise checked out, thr hotel staff were kind enough to let me have a late check out of 2pm. This enabled me to get something to eat and get a little bit of sleep. The staff showed exemplary customer service and kindness. I would like to say a huge thank you to Janeal for attending my room as a first aider when I fell ill and for contacting 111 on my behalf - you were kind and helped me keep my head when I was becoming anxious, your input was invaluable. The biggest thank you to Kat for showing genuine empathy and allowing me to leave my car in the car park until such a time that I am well enough to drive it home (a 3hr+ drive) - this helped my stress levels more than you know and I am so grateful to you. A huge thank you to Ali for being so helpful and accommodating - I appreciate your help in going above and beyond by looking for nearby hotels with availability, once we established that your hotel was fully booked (I wanted to book an extra night stay to enable me to rest). Thank you to Charlie for chatting to me, for listening and for sharing your insight - it helped. All i can say is what a fantastic team and an absolute credit to the Holiday Inn group.
Disliked: The fact I could not stay in my room, haha.

Liked: Good location, clean, lovely aircon during the heatwave!
