Liked: The room was clean, and clam.
Disliked: AC was loudly, breakfast was simple.some kida of food like eggs were cold.

Disliked: Pool and restaurant were unavailable due to repairs.

It's a bit pricey but,...

Liked: Staff was really polite and friendly. The Beds were comfy, and the room was spacious. Was a bonus that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. I use a black light whenever I go to a hotel and the room was clean.
Disliked: I thought the price was a bit much. Considering the area didn't have much. There is a mall across the street, and the bus station and the highway is right there. The bathtub wouldn't drain properly when we first got there, but we contacted the front desk, and it was resolved. I did feel like the room could have been cleaned a bit better. I noticed small things in the corners of the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was rusted, the pipe at the back of the toilet was dusty, and the light switch cover was tarnished. The air circulation wasn't the greatest. If you didn't have the A/C on the room, it got a but humid. But, they are doing renovations, so perhaps these things will be fixed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Liked: Hard working and good staffs
Disliked: Terrible response to emergency situation. In Flood, our car was totalled. No electricity at night. Mo elevator, No wifi, No Guidelines, No next step instruction. We were in the room with loud alarm for 4 hours.

Liked: Check-in process was smooth. The staffs were very cordial and polite. Breakfast spread was excellent. The location was perfect, in close proximity to shops and to downtown Montréal. We didn't have a hassle when going to the city to visit and back.
Disliked: Unfortunately, one of the rooms did not meet our expectations. Specifically, the curtains were torn, light enters the room making it impossible to sleep, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. Also, from the time we checked in one of the elevators was faulty.
