Liked: Hard working and good staffs
Disliked: Terrible response to emergency situation. In Flood, our car was totalled. No electricity at night. Mo elevator, No wifi, No Guidelines, No next step instruction. We were in the room with loud alarm for 4 hours.

Staff was very kind and...

Liked: Check-in process was smooth. The staffs were very cordial and polite. Breakfast spread was excellent. The location was perfect, in close proximity to shops and to downtown Montréal. We didn't have a hassle when going to the city to visit and back.
Disliked: Unfortunately, one of the rooms did not meet our expectations. Specifically, the curtains were torn, light enters the room making it impossible to sleep, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. Also, from the time we checked in one of the elevators was faulty.

Exceptional

Liked: Great hotel! Reception and workers were excellent! They did not have breakfast at the hotel, but many breakfast spots within walking distance. Excellent experience!

Exceded Expectations!

Liked: Choice of firm/soft pillows, Dove toiletry products, kuerig coffee maker, easy and responsive air conditioning, bilingual staff, mall across street to get food!
Disliked: Power outlets not right next to bed, but not a big deal!

If I need a hotel...

Disliked: I did not have free breakfast. There was a restaurant but it opened at 7:00 am on the weekend and that was too late for us.
