Holiday Inn LAS COLINAS

It was very easy to book the hotel through ConcertHotels.com. I called on our drive to book a room for that night and it worked out perfectly. The hotel staff made it really simple as well. They had my information in their system and all I had to do was sign and document and get my key. They gave us advice on getting to our venue and held tickets for one of our friends that wasn't available to leave when we were. The hotel room was very nice and incredibly comfortable. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay. Thank you!

Liked: Hotel breakfast was nice. Front desk personnel were extremely welcoming. Room was clean and easy to find.
Disliked: The TV and signal did not work at all. Tv situation was disappointing. The toilet would barely flush and was worried it would flush at times.

Staff and services were beyond...

Liked: The staff, specifically front desk and the bartender Jackie, were all super sweet, fun, and friendly when taking care of me and my partner! I’d forgotten some things and when I came back they had it waiting for me. They create a very welcoming and friendly environment.
Disliked: The room smelled a bit dank, almost mildewy, and it was humid to the point where things felt wet. The thermostat wouldn’t go down past 73 so the room was a bit uncomfortably warm for me, and topped with the mildew smell and humidity, it made it a bit uncomfortable.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing this was our second time staying at this location. Absolutely will be staying here again.
