Holiday Inn Las Colinas By IHG

It was very easy to book the hotel through ConcertHotels.com. I called on our drive to book a room for that night and it worked out perfectly. The hotel staff made it really simple as well. They had my information in their system and all I had to do was sign and document and get my key. They gave us advice on getting to our venue and held tickets for one of our friends that wasn't available to leave when we were. The hotel room was very nice and incredibly comfortable. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay. Thank you!

Liked: Location is close to the airport if you are looking to catch a flight. The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are clean. I liked that my room had a fridge and a microwave oven.
Disliked: The staff is not professional, and one lady was quite rude. Maybe it was just her, but it reflects on the hotel. If you take their free shuttle from the airport, be aware you'll have to wait for a while, and the shuttle is not very clean either

Disliked: I had to pay for breakfast even though your website says free breakfast.free breakfast is just for the person booking for the room not the rest of the family website should be more specific. Had to pay extra for my family to eat.
