Liked: Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room, close to amenities, hot tub could be a bit warmer and was noisy. Otherwise we were very happy.
Disliked: Hot tub noisy

Disappointing

Disliked: The Wifi had been out due to a recent storm. This was not obvious when we booked the room, and the staff did not offer any compensation for this until asked. The beds in the room are very tall, so it is difficult for an average to small person to get into bed. Little things - the TV remote only worked sporadically, no breakfast, and the coffee/hot water in the lobby in the morning was only luke warm.

Enjoyed the Holiday Inn and...

Liked: I did not eat at the Perkins located in the building but I enjoyed the jacuzzi and Pool and the friendly staff. Our room was clean.
Disliked: The hallways could have been cleaner. Muddy boots were tracking in dirt and the maids were working hard.
