Disliked: Check in late and the chap was not that friendly also took me 3 trips up and down the lift as room door would not open and then they had to change rooms!

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast - the choice of food was good but the cooked breakfast was STONE COLD and had probably been sitting on the counter for ages to be so cold.We had a room over looking the main rd which unfortunately had traffic moving alright so not such a sleep.

Liked: The room was good, plenty of space
Disliked: Overpriced food in the restaurant. A salad with chicken at £18 then couldn't eat it as it was the stems of the lettuce and roots. Very poor standard for evening meal.Breakfast was really good plenty of choice

Liked: Health club facilities really appreciated
Disliked: The pool was full of hair. Would do well to make swimming cap compulsory

Disliked: One of the rooms we booked had a door adjacent to another room and they were noisy.
