Disliked: There were a lot of teams on site for various sporting events. I was there with my child for another event for which I had to sign a paper indicating she wouldn’t be disruptive, which I understand the need for it overall. However, kids were running in the hallways, jumping on and off elevators, screaming down the halls, and dropping trash on the floor. No one was monitoring these children well after midnight. Please do not make families sign a behavior contract (especially with just a parent and one athlete) if you’re still going to let kids run around the hotel.

Disappointing

Disliked: I was told o would receive a refund from not checking in until 1am Saturday morning & the guy told me no one ever told me that. There was dead spiders on my bed & room was not stocked
