A decent hotel but not...

Liked: Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful
Disliked: About the same quality as most hotels that are half the price

Overall it was a very...

Liked: I am not a breakfast person. But, the restaurant at the hotel had something I wanted Calamari. I went to the hotel restaurant and was told they have not served it for awhile. I was told the menu online was old. But, the area had a nice selection of restaurants to choose from.
Disliked: Early in the morning the housekeepers made a lot of noise in the hallways. They were yelling down the hall to each other. When knocking on doors they were very loud slamming their carts and when closing doors.

Not worth the price

Liked: Good location and nice staff
Disliked: For the outrageous price of 430 a night i would expect the rooms to be clean. The toilet clogged and there were spackle marks on the wall. Dirty walls and the tub was gross. Needed to be refinished. If i am paying 80 a night i would expect that. To be paying over 400 a night in Lancaster i would except a higher quality.

Unsatisfied

Liked: Location and clean
Disliked: I didn't enjoy my stay as i didn't get any sleep. I didn't feel safe due to rowdy people disrupting the quiet time zone. At 2am I finally contacted the reception. The people had loud music and were screening and slamming doors. I heard other guests complaining. When the staff came upstairs and knocked on their door and told them to be quiet, they continued. Once the noise quite down, around 15 min later to females could be heard continuously knocking on the door of where the party took place earlier, giggling and persistently knowckijt. Eventually they stopped. I can't believe that this went this far. I don't care about them being at a wedding party earlier. Their behaviour was far from just being in a good mood, they were rowdy and I expect more. I didn't feel safe opening the door due to the behavior. Definitely not a good stay.

Beautifully hotel but no water

Liked: The hotel is designed / decorated beautifully. The staff were friendly and nice. I found the rooms to be beautifully comfortable.
Disliked: Didn't like that they didn't have a water station like we experienced in other properties and other hotels.
