No customer service.
Liked: The mattress and pillows were good. And towels were good.
Disliked: The breakfast is not free like most hotels. If I am spending $90/night it should be free. And it took forever to order and get food so we were late to our appt. The front desk person said they couldn't help us with a dead battery so we were stranded from out of town.
