Nice overnight stay
Liked: Right off the interstate. So many restaurants and shopping near by. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Having to pay for breakfast. The beds were hard. Toilet needs to be replaced, the handle gets stuck, and the water continues to run. Very small bathroom.

Liked: The front staff were very polite and checking in was smooth and easy. Excellent customer service.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was below average. It definitely needed a deep clean. And updating.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I planned a stay at Holiday Inn Cedar Bluff from July 3rd 2025 to July 7 2025 for my family of 9. My nephews 4th birthday is July 3rd and my brothers birthday is July 4th. We got two rooms. Upon arrival I had two king suites but I down graded one of my rooms to a double queen room so I could be on the same floor as my family members. The hotel had us on different floors. My family and I checked in at 3:00 pm on July 3rd. Around 6:30 pm we wanted to take the kids to the pool to enjoy the kiddy pool and hot tub. There was 20-25 people surrounding the whole kiddy pool therefore my kids could not even enjoy the kiddy pool plus the hot tub was very small and could only fit maybe 4 adults comfortably. After going back to our room we ended up finding roaches in our bathroom of our hotel at 3 AM. My family of 9 packed all of our belonging and left immediately. We checked all our bags and suitcases in the parking lot before packing our cars. The staff member on shift felt terrible and contacted her operations manager about named Ally. Ally at 3:30 AM told her staff member she would be in at 8 am to handle my refund directly. I called at 11 am and Ally was not in, the staff contacted her and she said she had a family emergency and that I can call back at 1 PM and she will be in. I contacted Ally at 1:00 PM and she told me that booking.com never reached out to her via email or phone. I was on hold with booking.com at 3:30 AM when they called the hotel directly and spoke with the staff on shift at 3:30 AM. The staff told booking.com to call back in the morning when Ally would be in. Ally proceeded to tell me that booking.com does not have their correct information and will not update it and it’s been this way for years. I asked Ally for her updated information where she provided me the email of “[email protected]” as well as their phone number. I called booking.com again and they called Ally directly at the phone number. Booking.

Finally a hotel where the...
Liked: The room was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The pool was great & open until midnight. It is an indoor into an outdoor. The hot tub was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: The location was nice.
Disliked: I had reservations from Monday through Friday. After checking in on Monday I quickly realized I needed to cancel the rest of my stay due to work issues. I got not help from the staff but instead went through booking.com. The hotel never responded to our request to cancel the remain night despite multiple attempts. The wifi was unusably slow. The hotel is dated and marginally clean.
