The staff was unprofessional and need better training.

Liked: The rooms where clean and nice.
Disliked: The night time clerk was hot tempered and border line rude.

This was my first stay at the Clarion Inn Knoxville. The staff were very courteous and friendly and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Hats off to this hotel and their employees for an outstanding service!

Disliked: We had several issues with our room during our stay, particularly with the plumbing and housekeeping.The toilet flushing was unreliable—waste often didn't clear on the first try, requiring multiple flushes, and we sometimes had to hold down the flush handle for it to work at all. The shower was equally problematic, with inconsistent water pressure that would fluctuate and occasionally stop entirely mid-use.Additionally, while the room was cleaned daily, the quality fell short of expectations. Surfaces weren't thoroughly wiped down, and some areas like the bathroom counters and floors seemed overlooked.Overall, these maintenance and service lapses impacted our comfort, and we hope the hotel addresses them for future guests.
