Liked: Hotel staff was great. Ruth was very professional and welcoming.
Disliked: The waitresses at the restaurant could use some training. If we wanted drink refills or needed anything, we got up and went to the bar to ask because they were standing at the bar chatting and didn't check on us. We were the only customers, so there was no reason we should have had to keep getting up to ask for things.

Liked: Breakfast was not included with a VERY expensive five day stay. Food was good. Waitress was fine.
Disliked: I couldn't believe the cost of the room for five days - over $1700.00 that's ridiculous !! When I purchased the rooms (2) the grand total should have been that (two rooms) but instead we had to pay over $1700.00 per room. For what? Room service didn't give me fresh towels for two nights and never remade the bed.

Clean and comfortable
Liked: The stay added comfort to our trip. The staff was very courteous gave exceptional customer service, went over and beyond to make sure we had all we needed for a great night stay.

Excellent hotel, horrible booking site
Liked: Customer Service went above and beyond, breakfast included from the hotel restaurant was very good!
Disliked: Booking.com botched something and the stay showed as cancelled to the hotel. When I called booking.com guess services I was told they were going to have to call the hotel directly themselves to straighten it out. I held the line only for the rep, Jose, to come back and say his system wasn't working and he was going to reboot and call me back. He never called the hotel nor me back. Thankfully Holiday Inn honored the reservation I showed them via the booking.com app and at that price (after waiting 30-60min without a callback from booking.com). I followed up with the hotel manager the next day who said she was able to take care of it, but no booking.com never called back as they said they would. Very disappointed. Not the "VIP customer service" I was promised. Will book directly from now on.

Liked: Our room was clean & modern. The hotel was clean & modern. Staff was friendly & nice, yet professional. Breakfast was delicious & our waitress was very attentive. There was ample parking. And thanks for the luggage carts-we needed them!
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn’t like.
