Disappointed.

Liked: Some parts of the hotel had been renovated. The staff were pleasant.
Disliked: The parking was very limited and I had to go and pay for public parking on the second evening. Many parts of the building have not been renovated and let the rest of it down. The room was noisy and the window would not shut properly. On leaving in the morning I had to wait longer than expected to check out as there were not enough staff on duty.

Liked: The location was great - we attend an annual event and this is the third year we have stayed with you.
Disliked: The room was grubby, the sheets and bed felt ichy, there were animals scurrying and squeeling around in the ceiling/wall cavity. It was incredibly loud on both nights - people running up and down corridors making a lot of noise, we couldn't park on site, there was limited bar service - queued over 15 mins for a couple of soft drinks, there was dog poo and sick on the path immediately outside the entrance. It was not a great experience. A shame. Staff were lovely and did their best.

Liked: Huge bed. Comfy. Staff were all helpful.
Disliked: Armchair in the room needs replacing. Toilet was making a burping sound. We didn't get the room I booked.
