Great hotel and location!

Liked: Everything but the taxes on the room.
Disliked: Paying to park.

Pretty neat and clean though, overall.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Pool rooms could have been better.

Liked: The room was clean and quiet. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We arrived after midnight so the parking lot was full, however there was a convenient, easy access overflow lot across the street with a security guard patrol through the night. We did not have any problems.
Disliked: The baked goods at the complimentary breakfast buffet were somewhat stale and low on taste.

Very clean hotel; great staff; close to downtown venues; easy access to a lot of attractions.

Our room was very comfortable. The beds were great and very comfortable. The staff was great and very helpful since we had never stayed in the area before. We would definitely stay there again.

They staff was friendly and courteous. They acted quickly and professionally. The room was neat, clean, and presented well. I loved the mattress and the pillows. :-) Really, not a complaint. It was nice too, that the staff remembered my face. Not everyone can do that. I'd stay there again.

Liked: They corrected it in minutes.
Disliked: I had requested a non smoking room.

There was an issue with my card upon check in, but Jess and Erin took GREAT care of that for me. I was very thankful for their kindness and help in the matter. Keep up the good work girls!

Liked: Clean friendly service, just minutes from Sprint Center and other attractions!
