Very underwhelming for the price

Liked: The location is perfect if you have an event at the convention center. The restaurant was really good for a burger.
Disliked: They have a serious ant problem in the lobby and the rooms. I was charged for my child’s breakfast after telling the waitress repeatedly the sign said 11 and under free. I was expecting a nice breakfast buffet. Instead I paid for the same fare you find for free at any other Holiday Inn. I expected way more out of the property and food for the price.

Disliked: Towels should be changed for newer ones without ragged edges and fabric softener would be nice

Liked: I like the location it was convenient.
Disliked: Hotel needs remodeling it was dark n the hallways. The AC units ate super filty and filled with mold. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The hotel rooms were disgusting.
