Holiday Inn: what can I...

Liked: We didn't have breakfast, our flight left too early. Our supper was good the night before though.
Disliked: I didn't like having to pay twice. I already paid for the room& then when we got here they said, no we didn't. So then I contacted someone in Booking & they confirmed, & they talked to the hotel & they still don't have it worked out a week later & I still am out 166.39 Isn't it nice how two places made money, & me the consumer got screwed!

Very underwhelming for the price

Liked: The location is perfect if you have an event at the convention center. The restaurant was really good for a burger.
Disliked: They have a serious ant problem in the lobby and the rooms. I was charged for my child’s breakfast after telling the waitress repeatedly the sign said 11 and under free. I was expecting a nice breakfast buffet. Instead I paid for the same fare you find for free at any other Holiday Inn. I expected way more out of the property and food for the price.
