It was disappointing.

Liked: The clerk on the departure day was very pleasant and attentive.
Disliked: The reception clerk seemed unhappy to be there. The shades did not work in the room. The toilet didn't flush properly and the tub drained very slowly. There was no breakfast at less than $12 per person.

Disappointing

Disliked: I was charged twice for my room.When I checked in, the agent went and got somebody from housekeeping to help her. Now, I am going through many phone calls to get this solved. I called the hotel and they did not seen to care.

The workers were fantastic throughout...

Liked: The first night we were there they were willing to fix the problem that was in the room and they gave us a different room.
Disliked: We really like the property they fixed what was wrong right away

I will not go back...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: We arrived about 3:30 PM. We were told that they were short staffed and there were no sheets for the beds. So our room will not be ready till at least six. We had been on a golf course with 100° temperatures and just wanted to relax, but we couldn’t. Then the toilet didn’t work, the shower was full of mold
