Disliked: Really feel overcharged for the room. Overheard the hotel quoted $85 less on phone while I was waiting to check in. Wanted to have dinner in the restaurant and was told it was only open to guests of an organization. Felt very insulted since I was a hotel guest paying $175+ for a not so great room. No other decent restaurants nearby. Staff suggested I go to a bar down the street. Will never stay at this hotel again, and will tell anyone interested about my bad experience.

Liked: The hotel was clean, easy to find. The staff greeted you when you can in. Holly at the front desk was the friendliest! Loved her!
Disliked: No directions were given to the elevator, room, restaurant or pool area. No menus for the restaurant in the hotel. No hours of operations for the pool or restaurant. The staff did not tell you any information about anything unless you asked.

Couldn't check in until 10:30pm

Liked: It's a clean hotel. Very close to the concert venue
Disliked: Our room was not ready for check in at 3:00. We had to sit in our vehicle and change clothes in our vehicle before the show. We weren't able to check in until 10:30 pm after the concert. There were many others in the same situation. We still had to pay full price and be out by 11 am. Beware if you are traveling and staying for a 1st summit arena show!!!!!

Liked: Location was in walking distance of our concert venue which we were so happy about. Restaurant was excellentHallways were dirty (Maybe maintenance?) Room was tidy.
Disliked: Hallway was dirty, so that made us question our choice to stay at first.
