Disliked: Really feel overcharged for the room. Overheard the hotel quoted $85 less on phone while I was waiting to check in. Wanted to have dinner in the restaurant and was told it was only open to guests of an organization. Felt very insulted since I was a hotel guest paying $175+ for a not so great room. No other decent restaurants nearby. Staff suggested I go to a bar down the street. Will never stay at this hotel again, and will tell anyone interested about my bad experience.

Unless I was desperate.i wouldn’t...

Disliked: Our room was freezing. The heater wasn’t working And because we booked through booking they wouldn’t do anything to compensate us. Or make it alright
