Disliked: Room was above the pool where a pool party was going on that lasted more than an hour past the end time. Music from the pool party was annoying and not relaxing

Liked: Close proximity
Disliked: Charging almost $200 for a night’s stay and then unexpectedly charging for a very unappetizing breakfast was not the best way to make a repeat customer.

Clean, nice and felt safe...

Liked: Location was super convenient. The surroundings felt safe and accommodations were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I tried to check in about 35 minutes early because we arrived in town ahead of schedule. I asked if our room was ready and the front desk said it was ready for check in but I needed to pay an additional $30 for the extra 35 minutes. That seemed ridiculously rigid and unfriendly after we were on the road for more than four hours. I understand allowing maid service proper preparation time but if their job was complete, I can’t think of a hospitable reason to deny access to our room. It tainted the experience a bit, but luckily, the others factors and amenities overcame it. I also felt that the rate was higher because a convention was in town.
