It was very easy to book the hotel through ConcertHotels.com. I called on our drive to book a room for that night and it worked out perfectly. The hotel staff made it really simple as well. They had my information in their system and all I had to do was sign and document and get my key. They gave us advice on getting to our venue and held tickets for one of our friends that wasn't available to leave when we were. The hotel room was very nice and incredibly comfortable. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay. Thank you!

Good stay for a while,...

Liked: Location is great, room looks and feels clean. Staff is attentive and responsive. Great attitude. Very spacious room, did not smell bad or funky.
Disliked: Maybe it was the day I was in, but people, what mainly sounded like younger women kept walking and running and being loud on the hallway for up to almost 2 am. A regular cable TV with no smart options.

Disliked: The general demeanor of the staff. They have a free local shuttle service, which is GREAT, but the drivers have the worst attitude. (3 times, 3 drivers that were just in the worst surly mood. Maybe they hate driving?).
