The staff were exceptionally kind...

Liked: The bedroom was large and the walk in shower was great.
Disliked: The carpets in the entrance were a bit jaded and.the paintwork on the stair case needed a bit of attention.

Great budget hotel stay

Liked: The best thing about our stay was the high quality of the staff - every single member of staff went out of their way to do everything they could to help us - the star was Laura at reception. And all staff prioritised the needs of the children - the free food, treats for Easter and directing them to play areas. Well done team!
Disliked: The double bed was a bit tight for us

Nice hotel in good area....

Liked: Good food. Plenty of parking in car park. Friendly staff. Near to several restaurants. Lovely Bar area. Service was good.
Disliked: only downside was the room we were allocated felt like it had not been rented out in a while. The radiator was switched off and room got cold in the first evening. First night I had a bad sleep as the room was chilly as by time we worked out how to turn radiator on it was too late to heat up room. Then next night it got too hot so had to turn it down. Whereas when we stay in other well known hotel chains rooms have heating on when we arrive and room gets to a nice temperature for our whole stay. Said nothing to reception as thought there was nothing they could do and it only affected our first night.
