Liked: Lovely grand property- big comfortable rooms Great breakfast in comfortable setting
Disliked: Lack of air conditioning- the fans weren’t enough forcing windows to be open & mosquito presence

Quick stop in Ipswich

Liked: Good location on outskirts of Ipswich for a quick overnight stay. Room was fine
Disliked: I booked a twin room and received a message to say they couldn’t guarantee my room type. I had to message to explain that I needed a twin - the hotel responded immediately to be fair & I got my room fine.

Good staff, poor investment.

Liked: Staff were doing their best in an underfunded working environment.
Disliked: Public areas needed decorating. Typically British in the lack of investment. Poor quality ingredients at breakfast.
