The room, bed and customer service was all great! It was our first time at this hotel and in this area. The staff was very helpful with the shuttle information and also helping us out with a taxi service for a safe ride back. Thanks so much!

The beds were very comfortable for a hotel. The staff was very nice, except for the security guard. The shuttle was a very great extra!

Everything was great...hotel was clean and the hotel staff was awesome for helping with directions to places and very friendly. Check out was quick...oh and the Hotel Shuttle was quick and the driver was friendly and informative!!

Liked: Everything was very clean and the staff were super nice! Above and beyond nice!
Disliked: The pool was way over chlorinated.

Disliked: Outdated and only one washing machine. Needs to be remodeled.

Liked: Please recognize the hostess at the breakfast buffet. She went out of her way not only to be friendly but to offer service many times. The buffet Fruit selection was outstanding with fresh blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and pineapple. It was great with the yogurt. Also, I liked that the weekday guests got real silverware and plates and cups plus coffee carafe at each table.
Disliked: There were several times that we needed to use the stairs because the cleaning crews needed the whole elevator to put their cart in.... perhaps smaller carts that only take up 1/2 the elevator would much more respectful of guests.

Disliked: The whole city price gouged the Indy 509 weekend. Unfortunately. We were in Indy for son’s cancer treatments.
