Liked: Close proximity to Orion Amphitheater; great beds.
Disliked: Not a thing.

Liked: Breakfast voucher was alright; no variety of selection or entrees
Disliked: The pool hours (not very accessible); not clean, not serviced (hot tub) to operate the hot tub as advertised, no alternative to the hot tub not working. Only gave a $60 discount, when I should have asked for more, since the ONLY reason I stayed there was to use the hot tub.

Disliked: Doors shutting were a little loud. Signs such as gettin off elevators and trying to get to lobby for example were lacking.

Liked: Excellent location! We had three couples, and I requested all 3 on the same floor just to make life easier, and they did great! Very accommodating. Very clean! 10/10

Exceptional

Out of all the holiday...

Disliked: The Bathroom was gross, there was still poop left in the toilet from previous stay. The shower drain was clogged and flooding, and leaking from out of the tub all over the floor. When i walked into the room the heat was on and the room was baking but when i turned the AC on, it sounds like a Mack truck and did a poor job cooling the room. The unit was so loud when it kicked in throughout the night that i ended up turning it off and just sleeping with no AC to get some sleep. If I come back to huntsville for another conference i’ll be sure to find somewhere else to stay.

Great overnight stay!

Liked: The hotel is in the perfect spot when attending a concert at The Orion. We were able to walk to and from and it was safe, well lit and wonderful.
Disliked: The bath tub shower curtain didn’t cover the shower area and it allowed water to go everywhere, there was also a sizable gap where the shower wall is.
