Liked: I thought the choice on the menu was limited and quite expensive.. But the breakfast was amazing lots of choice and fresh.

Liked: Location was ok, a taxi ride to the conference venue at the local football stadium. We had DB&B - the dinner options were very good & the young person serving us was helpful & friendly. Choice at breakfast was good.
Disliked: Some of the hotel is looking very tired and the dining room needed to have cleaner floors and the steps to the raised dining area needed a clean as looked as though not been done for quite some time.

Liked: Location of hotel is good, walking distance to town centre.Room was nice with view of marina.
Disliked: Charging extra for car parking outside the hotel is a bit rich.

Liked: Perfect location for Humber Street and what that has to offer! The staff couldn’t have done more for you!
Disliked: There are very few practical plug sockets ie not near the bed for phones etc The bathroom could do with updating a bit! This aside I wouldn’t think twice about staying here! Really enjoyed it!

Liked: Excellent breakfast, great location.
Disliked: Hotel in need of a little improvement decoratively. Paintwork etc. Some rooms in need of improvement too.

Liked: Staff excellent, recognised and dealt very well with my coeliac/gluten free need at breakfast. Food good. Receptionist very good
Disliked: Bedside light not working. Carpets tired, with other areas of hotel. Inadequate supply of tea and coffee in room but remedied by reception. Little brandy supplies post Easter.
