Below average!

Disliked: The front desk called us at 3am to confirm our registration. The floor was alternately sticky and slippery.The room smelled bad, and everything in it felt damp.The tub was dangerously slippery.

Charged for an extra room

Disliked: I got charged through booking.com for 2 rooms instead of the 1 I needed. Holliday Inn canceled 1 of the rooms that night but im still charged for both rooms

Liked: The room size
Disliked: They had only put two towels in a room that slept 6 people. Batteries in remote didn’t work.
