Holiday Inn Houston S - NRG Area - Med Ctr By IHG

You can't sleep closer to NRG, unless you camp out in their parking lot. Very convenient, with their own entrance into the NRG property. Easily walked.

Liked: Very friendly. Rooms are nice and comfy.
Disliked: They are currently remodeling, so there is some construction noise, but they warned us there would be.

Great location and accessible to downtown area, restaurants, theatre, etc. The price was great for the quality.

Won’t stay here again!

Liked: Parking lot was very dirty, had the 2nd entrance fenced off and blocked.
Disliked: Room smelled horribly like cigarette smoke, pillows were very old, woke up to 3 roaches in our bathroom. Elevators were damaged and looked like they haven’t been serviced!

Disliked: Hotel room needs a complete renovation.

Liked: Location with ease of access to where I wanted to go. Fenced in property.
Disliked: A/C lacked dehumidifier and room became quite warm when temp was reached on thermostat. Poor lighting in bathroom for applying makeup. Not enough washcloths.

Liked: Katie!!!!! She was off the charts accommodating, friendly and professionally supportive!
Disliked: The carpet on the 4th floor. It buckled at parts.
