good choice of 1 night...

Liked: We did not have breakfast, reasonable close distance to airport, free shuttle to airport
Disliked: did not stay long enough ( only 1 night ) to find any negatives

No shuttle to or from...

Liked: Close the airport and the shuttle driver was friendly.
Disliked: The staff is so rude. Shuttle service is a mess. They do not have shuttle service from Terminals D & E but never do they disclose that anywhere before you book the hotel. My partner flew in from overseas and had to take a taxi instead. When I complained about this to the lady at front desk, she was a toal "b*&*ch" which really took me off guard because I was NOT rude to her. In fact, I said, "In the way of feedback... " before I said anything. So at that point, I asked to speak to a supervisor, the rude front desk lady said nothing, just turned her back to me and went in the back room. She was gone a long time then came back and said that the supervisor was gone for the day. I asked that I be called. I am a deception detection expert by trade and her body language told me she was lying so I sat in the lobby for a little while and worked on my laptop. Sure enough, about 20 minutes later, I saw the supervisor walk out of the back office. I even asked this person, "Are you the manager?" and she said, "No, I am the supervisor." I was so angry at that point, I decided not to say anymore. Needless to say, I was never called back as I had requested. In addition, and this was not their fault but I do think it was not handled very well. There was a storm that took out the electric, but we were not notified in any way. We just got very hot in a pitch-black room which was very anxiety-provoking. This lasted for hours. The phones were working so we could have gotten a courtesy call. The emergency generator came on and the noise was so bad that it sounded and felt like we were sleeping under a running airplane. It is worth noting that the woman at the front desk when I checked out was very nice. It is also worth noting that I travel almost full-time. Therefore, I rarely ever complain about anything because I am used to it all but I AM NOT USED TO BEING LIED TO!!!! I have no patience for that.

Liked: Convenient location, friendly staff and good nights sleep.
Disliked: In room or restaurant espresso, always at any hotel.
