Nice, comfortable, and convenient hotel

Liked: The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Super comfortable and convenient pre-flight...

Liked: Super convenient location with shuttle bus to IAH airport. Well designed foyer, pleasant counter staff and surprised that the hotel had a good restaurant - saved us from going out to the restaurants when we were exhausted from a busy day. Lastly, the shuttle bus service was prompt and friendly in a proper executive style vehicle - not a converted school bus like the carpark services use - amazing and thanks!
Disliked: Well we usually don't like a room near the elevators but considering we had a lot of luggage it really worked this time. However, this means we could hear other hotel patrons in the elevator area at all hours....maybe add more soundproofing to the 3 or 4 rooms near the elevator?

Good choice to stay when...

Liked: Good choice to stay when passing through Houston Airport. Confortable room and great location.
Disliked: Shuttle bus took a long time to come and no tax invoice (staff said that booking.com will provide it and booking.com says that the hotel must provide it).

Disliked: No way to call for courtesy buss from airport without owning a US phone. Had to take a taxi for $20.Could not open window in room so it was a bit stuffy.
