Liked: Location is good. Property is clean.
Disliked: 1. No House-keeping on call. They keep saying someone's coming, but nobody does2. In-room facilities are disappointing. The coffee maker didn't work. There is no kettle or no way to support warm water or milk3. The staff is unfriendly. Standard answer to every request was No, without bothering to support the request differently if not possible directly4. Did not replenish anything during room cleaning.

Liked: Good comfortable bed,blackout curtains,wifi and aircon
Disliked: I asked the front desk to call a taxi for me because I missed the shuttle back to the airport.The taxi driver who arrived 2 minutes later said the standard rate for his taxi was $60.00(Saturday 7 a.m.). I wish the front desk had told me they charged such a premium. The night before a taxi charged me only $22.50 from the airport to the hotel.

I would recommend this hotel.

Liked: The hotel works well for an airline passenger stranded with an 18.5 delay. Excellent breakfast. Wait staff do their jobs well. We were grateful to find a place with a free breakfast, a restaurant, and a free shuttle to IAH.
Disliked: The hotel needs its facilities updated. However, we needed transportation, shelter and food and this hotel delivers well!
