Liked: Super close to the airport. The staff was really nice. The hotel was clean.
Disliked: Anytime the shower was on it would flood the bathroom. The shower could have been cleaner.

Liked: The maintenance guy who had to assist me twice in the middle of the night (key and blind issue) was really wonderful.
Disliked: USB port in bedside table didnt work. Door key didnt work. Blinds wouldnt close. Bath draining not fully functioning. Bathroom basin plug closed and could not be opened. No toiletries (soap, shampoo and conditioner) provided. Staff on front desk were rude when I called to say the blind wouldn't close and I would like assistance or to be moved.

Liked: The reception staff was very helpful when I could not get the coffee machine to work
Disliked: When I went for breakfast I was asked if I had a voucher and I said yes. After I had finished another staff approached and asked again if I had a voucher. This was not necessary and I felt like I had eaten without paying. I did not appreciate being asked again. I spoke to the Manager and he apologized. But I feel the person who asked again did appear to be happy when I asked to speak to the manager.
