Liked: Hotel was nice but staff did nothing to help the situation that happened while staying there
Disliked: Allowing customers to do drugs & know about it. But did nothing to address the situation.

Liked: The location was very convenient and the cafe was awesome.
Disliked: The week before we had stayed here. Our room was on the third floor, and that floor had a musty smell to it. The last time we stayed our room was on the second floor. It didn’t smell, but there was a huge stain in the hallway, probably 2 ft x 3 ft, on the carpet. It was dark brown and nasty looking. The room itself was nice and clean but I felt the stain was a little much.

Disliked: Last week we stopped overnight and had a room on the third floor. It smelled musty, but otherwise clean. This week we stopped for an overnight stay and the TV had some sort of interference/lines running across the screen and a huge stain, probably a 2ft by 3 ft, on the carpet outside our doorway. This was on the second floor. We have stayed here in the past with no issues. It seems like it’s time for upgrades.

Disliked: The toilet leaked the entire time wet floors .the fire alarm going off no one cleared had to asked was it clear just un organized to be a popular hotel
