This stay was not good...

Disliked: The toilet leaked the entire time wet floors .the fire alarm going off no one cleared had to asked was it clear just un organized to be a popular hotel

Acceptable barely.

Liked: Overall, a basic clean facility. In house restaurant was not well staffed. We walked in and around the entire restaurant and saw no one. (greeter, cook, waiter)
Disliked: black tape for a threshold at the doors. the TV worked intermittently, and front desk simply said to turn off and then back on to fix. It did not work and was not working the next day. tried on screen check out and we thought that it was successful; however, the front desk said it did not work. we had to check out the old fashion way with paper.
