Hotel was Great
Liked: Very Clean and Great Staff. Natasha was amazing. Loved Her. The staff did try to accommodate all the misfortunes. Property was very nice. I'd highly recommend to anyone.
Disliked: Every time I left the room, I had to have the key card recoded. The pool was closed, but the sister hotel was available for use. The tv in the bedroom made Static sounds through the speakers, I got in late on Saturday and looked up, and the ceiling had a water pocket and dripping, so I had to be moved. But I was not able to get a room equivalent to the one I reserved. Saturday during the day, someone's dog barked for 2 hours straight due to the owner not being in the room.

Liked: The breakfast was good, room was big and cozy, shower was great.
Disliked: Super disappointed that the pool was completely closed for renovations. We specifically booked a hotel with a pool/hot tub for my family and would have picked somewhere else. Super disappointed that we paid for a more expensive hotel because of the pool option and it wasn't open.
