Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Santa Maria

I would stay again.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: The phone was not working. Could not get through to front desk or housekeeping - kept getting busy signal. I was in room 132 and another visitor had a dog that kept us up all night.

Liked: How close it was to the venue I was working at
Disliked: There were no amenities at all. Everything is under construction. The water pressure is very low. Maintenance had to come in and fix the leaky bathroom. Housekeeping didn't bring any fresh towels or toilet paper. Front desk clerk was rude!

Liked: The location
Disliked: The control to the tv did not have batteries, when I called front desk they didn’t have replacement so my children had no tv during our stay. Then the sink was clogged, called front desk they stated they would send staff, this happened about 9pm, waited till almost midnight no one came. We used the shower to wash our face and teeth. When I checked out I was told I would see a credit back to my account and over a month later still no credit was issued. Wont stay there again!!

Liked: There was nothing telling me when booked that the property was under construction and things were closed
Disliked: It was under construction and I was not made aware until I arrived. I had to have someone come turn in the shower. He even said the nozzle was tight

Liked: Always a great stay at Holiday Inn in Santa Maria. The rooms are always clean and comfy. The staff is amazing always so helpful. When my boyfriend and I stay in Santa Maria it’s always the Holiday Inn.

Liked: under construction with no warning; no pool, restaurant, bar, gym, laundry. the hallways were dirty.

Wouldn’t do it again.

Liked: The website said it had a pool and a restaurant. But when we got there the pool was closed, there was construction going on , the wifi didn’t work and there was no restaurant! I felt ripped off.
