I would stay again.
Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: The phone was not working. Could not get through to front desk or housekeeping - kept getting busy signal. I was in room 132 and another visitor had a dog that kept us up all night.

Okay stay for the time...
Liked: The bed was super comfortable and room environment very quiet. TV channels were great and having access to a small mini fridge worked. It would've been nice to have some plates, cutlery or paper towels handy. There was a wok which we didn't use. It was nice to be able to reach the front desk at all times and having the option of late checkin and checkout time of 12noon was great.
Disliked: An extra $20 a night for parking seemed extreme - especially because if you came in later parking wasn't available due to the construction onsite so we had to park on the street. Our room had a small balcony but it was filthy - covered in an ash and dirt. The room smelled of disinfectant when we walked in but then aired it out. I gave the facilities a low rating only because the construction took up the majority of the property and not being able to use the balcony at all. Once the construction is over it'd probably be a great place to stay.

Liked: Nothing and i want a refund
Disliked: Theyre in the process of making this property into a hilton hotel so its basically a construction yard and work zone. Pool was closed, no continental breakfast, and early a.m. construction workers all over. The lobby is being run out of one of their suites inback by the pool. AND THEY WANTED A DEPOSIT! 46,000hey said it wouldnt be taken out of my account unless there was a problem with the room. Well, IT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY AND I NEEDED THAT FLIPPIN' MONEY BECAUSE I WAS GOING ON A TRIP. GUESS WHAT? I COULDNT GO ON MY TRIP! Holiday Inn has a lot of nerve charging full price and not informing travelers about all the important amenities that were listed on Booking.com and other sites. I deserve to have my $ back. And they still havent refunded me the $150 deposit they charged on my debit card.

Disappointing
Liked: The size of the room was great
Disliked: There was no WiFi and half the outlets in the room did not work. The refrigerator in the room was too noisy and the noise from the freeway was too loud

Stay was fine. Nothing special...
Liked: In the area we were needed to be in
Disliked: construction on the property that closed half the building and limited room types. I booked a Double Queen (2 queens) but upon arrival I was assigned and charged for a King with a pullout sofa, which wasn’t as comfortable and also cost more. They said someone should have notified us ahead of time, but we did not receive any notification. When we checked out the front desk was able to give us a discount on the nightly rate and also waive the daily parking fee (which I wasn’t aware they had)

Disappointing
Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Almost all the amenities were unavailable due to construction. Would have liked to know this ahead of time. I was told during check in that I could cancel the reservation free of charge, but where else could I go at that point? I feel like I was duped. No offer of a discount of anything. $250 for one night at a hotel that has no amenities available. What a rip off.

Liked: Despite being in a construction zone and complete remodel, the space was clean, staff was super friendly and even discounted our stay due to the kitchen being closed
