Our stay at this location was good. The hotel is located near shops, restaurants etc. Very convenient.

Liked: Hotel was spotlessly clean. Bedrooms, pool area, etc. were kept in tip top condition. Staff were teriffic.
Disliked: I cannot say this was bad, but it was surprising that breakfast was not included. Not even some toast. They do have buffet or a menu but there is a $10.00 charge for the buffet.

Very pleased. Hotel personnel were extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and convenient to parking and on site amenities. Complimentary breakfast was excellent also.

Staff and Breakfast Eclipsed By...

Liked: Although outside the downtown center of Rochester, it was easy to get to destinations by bus and ride share. There was also good restaurants near the property to enjoy. The breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh options. The fitness center was small but had the essentials for a mid-trip work out.
Disliked: We enjoyed this property with only small quirks to comment on. The bathroom door is weighted to close all the time so we had to prop it open just to find it at night. The main door didn't always latch if we let it close on its own so we had to be sure to pull it shut behind us. A bit of a safety concern.

4 Adults, 6 Kids, easy,...

Liked: We had the best hotel staff member the evening we checked in. He was a delight and was super helpful when we needed to add another room close to our existing rooms. It's been a long time since I've had a genuine and enjoyable chat with a stranger and I could've stood at the front desk all night haha. Beds were super comfy, our three rooms were very clean and the kids were happy. The pool is HUGE. That's what brought us to this location, we were looking for the biggest hotel pool in Rochester and I think we found it haha, but we didn't have to share it at all as we were the only ones swimming during our stay.
Disliked: Breakfast was subpar, I had a sick kiddo with me and had to wait for the rest of my family to go eat before I could go grab some breakfast which was with ten minutes left before they stopped breakfast. It was slim pickings for what was left and bacon had run out long before I got there. I did however request that they make a batch for me as my sick child has food allergies and they didn't have many dairy free alternatives in the protein department. They were gracious enough to help me and even carried food to my room with me which I was told they don't do. So, food was disappointing but the staff found a way to turn it into a good experience anyways.

Disliked: Why did Booking.com charge 100 dollards more than what was mentioned on the Booking.com web site? If Booking was going to cheat me like that I could have booked the hotel through another online web site. Never again would I book any hotel or flight tickets through Booking.com web site.
